Challenge
Reposition Envigo from computer repair to enterprise IT services—and prove credibility fast in the competitive Miami market. The brand and site needed to speak to SMB and enterprise buyers while reducing support noise through automation.
Direction
Move the brand “from toolbox to tech stack”: a blue-chip aesthetic, network-node symbol, and a corporate navy/teal system with subtle circuit/topology cues.
Messaging: local, enterprise-grade partner. Digital strategy centered on a service hub with case studies and an AI layer that routes issues and prioritizes sales opportunities.
Solution
Branding & Visual System
A modular identity built around the network-node mark for connectivity; restrained typography; navy/teal palette with circuit textures; slide and doc templates for sales/support.
Web & Digital
A WordPress enterprise site the client can expand (service pages, industry use-cases, case studies). Clear IA for Assess → Implement → Manage and gated assets connected to HubSpot. (WordPress chosen for easy updates by the client team.)
Content & Marketing
SEO-oriented service pages and short case studies to support client prospecting and sales enablement; positioning guidelines for consistent messaging across proposals and outreach.
AI & Automation
Intercom chatbot trained on ITIL-style intents categorizes ~80% of tickets, auto-escalates outages, attaches diagnostic scripts to complex tickets, and scores leads for infrastructure upgrades. Handoffs create pre-filled HubSpot tickets.
